So, does that mean schools must be completely re-designed or simply, allowed to go extinct? Given the current political climate, I suspect it's more likely "go extinct." Reform is too painful for the reformers, while "helping along" extinction simply highlights the "fact" that universities are unable to adapt to the changes required to thrive in a new ecology of learning.
Hmm...what a smart approach to take. Of course, the reality is more like a Tea Party comet causing extinction than a gradual death due to leaf-eaters inheriting the land.
