Sam Farsaii, (a master's degree graduate of UHCL's Instructional Technology Program) provides a lucid and compelling description of what makes Irving ISD's technology program, an award winning program, and what makes the district a state leader in education. This podcast was recorded on-site at the 2011 annual conference of the Texas Computer Education Association.
